Returns

We want you to feel completely confident in your Savancé purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Return Costs – Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

• 30 Days – Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition – Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Earrings – Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Return

1. Contact Us – Please email info.savance@gmail.com in with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return or exchange.

2. Repackage with Care – Place your jewelry in its original packaging to keep it safe in transit.

3. Return Postage – Send your parcel to the return address provided. We recommend tracked postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

4. Refund or Exchange – Once we receive your item, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed promptly.
